during my time here, I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the access to both beautiful parks and local eateries made my weekend explorations even more enjoyable.

The location is spot on, easy access to Stanford. The room was comfy and had a cozy seating area. I loved the shower and the breakfast was awesome with make-your-own waffles and good coffee. Super friendly staff greeted us with waters at check-in. Fitness center was a plus too. Free parking available.

zen hotel was a fantastic place to stay! the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made our check-in a breeze. the location is ideal, nestled between i-280 and us-101, making it easy to get around. the breakfast spread was exceptional, offering delicious options for everyone's taste. also, the fitness center was a nice bonus to keep active. lots to enjoy here!

The Zen Hotel Palo Alto features a lovely, quiet ambiance with well-decorated rooms that are easily accessible for seniors. The staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring my comfort and making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Good for families needing comfort

They’ve taken what was once a typical motel and made it comfy. I loved the free bottles of water and snacks in the room, plus the L’Occitane toiletries were a nice touch.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

We spent a night here and the location was a total win since it's close to everything. The room was comfy, but it had a strange noise that woke me up a few times. The breakfast spread was solid, though, especially those smoothies! Too bad the staff wasn’t super helpful when I brought up the noise.
